Somehow I'm thinking it ain't gonna be too hard. Your guess is most likely a good one. Depends upon what time you'll be getting there too I spose. There's a soundbooth about 50-75 ft back (you can see it in the overhead pitcher of the amphitheater) and JohnDude, estanley and fnovoa will all 3 have mics up in the air for taping so one of them will be there at all times.

I have to go to birmingham to work the boxoffice at the citystages, I'm actually getting paid. gotta do this because its for the same people i'm working for all these festivals this summer. can't say no , they've been treatin me pretty good
so don't miss me too much , i'm pretty sure i will party with you all somewhere on this planet soon

FireFly doesn't love us anymore y'all. She hardly checks in on the board anymore, would rather get paid than come to this show and hang out with us. I feel so dejected.
On a more positive note, giggles how could I not mention THAT! Naked on one of them 10 foot high stunt unicycles to boot. Count on it. I'll be standing out.

hey now with the negativity. I'm checkin in from internet conn. all over the country, now i'm using my laptop, don't know if that shows up on your FBI watchlist,lol
i was originally going to the telluride bluegrass fest but i decided that i won't go cause it would cost too much, and i'm already in the bama area so i go where the money is. since I don't my moneyprinting machine with me i gotta go where the $ are. of course i would rather be in boca with YA'll, especially since its a jj solo gig
so it's not that i don't like you ,clay it's just that i like ashley a little better, for once she's cute, but also she be all alone in jackson, while all of you are having fun in boca.

Just talked with the facilities manager. You CAN bring ez-up style tents, but can not stick anything in the ground. The forecast for tomorrow does not call for wind, so I don't think you will have trouble. But she said, tell them to brin bungee chords and if a breeze picks up she has some cinder blocks you can use.
My request is that if you bring a pop-up, place them just inside the outer sidewalk so you aren't blocking the view of folks that come in. Plenty of folks have called to see what time JJ plays so they can squeak in after work, or a wedding, or whatever, so as a courtesy please pop up near the rear.
Clay, insert joke here.
Do a quick fire ant check before you pick your spot, and come early.

The kid's section...
Should be cool. Laid back, but stuff goin' on throughout. Daggerwing Nature Center is bringing some critters over, there is the fish press thing, and another gal is setting up a station for kids to make Father's Day cards with donated/recycled materials that were bound for a land fill. There will be a batch of organized "old fashioned" games during intermissions. I believe it will be a great match for the mood of the day.
