For Evening vittles last night we had Chickin with baby portabella shrooms in butter cream marsala sauce, accompanied by carmalized spaghetti squash and speghatini with green sauce as our sides

Had to off set the fat factor from the previous evening by having a Big O Salad with baby spinach, carrots, little bit of pepperoni, asiago cheese, golden raisins, sesame chips with a ginger sesame dressing....

buttermilk marinated grouper filets/bucks seasoning/
deep fried to golden brown
fresh tater salad
corn on cobb
raw onion floating in apple cider vinegar
as JD says,life is good !

Morena, thanks for the kind words.....but alas, my dressing this go round was not homemade. But now you got me thinking that I bet I could come up with a tastey version and when I do, I will be happy to share it with you!!

I forgot also sesame oil to that list.
it rocks on steamed broccoli and carrots too. you can warm it up over the stove on low heat, watch it because peanut butter will burn quickly and taste awful..
