For evening vittles tonight we prepared a portabella mushroom cap stuffed with lump blue crab meat, shallots & JPO peppers (both from our garden) that were lightly sauteed in butter til browned then we cradled the crab mixture in a pecorino romano bechamel sauce - then topped the crab with homemade bread crumbs and served as a side roasted asparagus and then drizzled both with Kalamata Olive Oil.....mmmmmmm mmmm

sounds fantastic!!! I LOVE my greens, Gregg went and harvested a bunch yesterrdie out of the garden, he can cook a mean green, damn, I shoulda took a picture, lol!!
