Wednesday February 10th: Tipitina's Uptown, New Orleans, LA
Papa Mali, George Porter Jr., Adam Deitch and Nigel Hall kicking off the countdown to Mardi Gras Day with a tribute to two classic albums: Donny Hathaway "Live" and Jimi Hendrix "Band of Gypsys". Also on the bill: Soul Rebels, Big Sam, Billy Iuso, Eric Krasno, Ken Field, Ephraim Townes, and more.
WOW!!! This is gonna blow the roof off Tip's! Anyone gonna be in NOLA for Mardi Gras, and coming to this show??

Yeah, Malcolm told me about this show a couple months ago. WOuld love to make it, but trying to save up some cash for Jazz Fest! It's gonna be a SICK show for sure.
