man, i'm lucky to be here. cracked my head pretty good thursday night (first night in vegas of the trip) on a sign outside the hotel. pretty sure had i not been 85% saturated with alcohol i would have ended up in the hospital. BUT, it was a great way to start off my weekend. pics are on Flickr if you want to browse.
i also managed to keep enough money to get my car out of the garage at the airport. thats about all i managed to keep though. well, that and my singleness but i'm a little undecided on that. lol

Coming down the final stretch and the horse race is tightening up. Don't forget to vote by midnight (EST) Monday (12/21).
The top 3 vote getters get prizes.
Right now the leading list has 11 votes
Second place has 10
Third place has 7
Still in the running though is 4th place with 6 and even 5th place with 4.
There's been a total of 66 votes. There are over 400 members to the message board PLUS all the people who aren't, and they can vote too. The numbers vary quite a bit but easily 100 people on any given day (average) that are "peekers". (And by peekers I mean people who not only don't post on the board, they don't have a screen name and p-word for the board.) Sooooooo...the sum of that is the voting participation has been a bit underwhelming.
I do realize that going thru 16 setlists is a bit daunting. If I could ask a few of you to vote? If we got another 10, just 10, votes--from a fan--between now and the deadline it'll make this a photo finish at the end. It could turn it topsy turvy.
Of course I'll be revealing all the results once voting is over. Sooooo, maybe over some (spiked of course) egg nog over the weekend while you take a break from the holiday stress or are snowed in and can't get anywhere...

For the sake of making it a less arduous task, take a look back thru some of the comments on this thread. Some folks have said parts of what their voting criteria was. Also, on the judging/voting page, bottom right next to the actual ballot is a list of criteria questions that you may (or may not) want to use.

I shall be taking the snow taxi home shortly and will have to wear my yak trax to hike down to my house and will post more pics on the other board!!!

and it flurried in the mid 80's
a snow taxi is a co-worker of mine with a BIG OLE 4 runner that I have to repel to get out of! there are wrecks everywhere!! so the ride home shall prove to be an adventure!! as long as I ain't driving, I am a weather weenie behind the wheel. I have my camera and will take and post pics this afternoon on the other board!!

I'm a weather weenie in snow and ice, considering I've only driven in it maybe a dozen times in my life.
Oh yeah, I've seen it snow here 3 times before--(1977, mid-80s, early 90s) if you want to call it that-- but never anything that sticks and gets all purty like that.

soo pretty but like clay- I'm a weather weenie and wouldnt be able to leave the house... I'm used to clear and a sunny 80 degrees..pretty much year round- and my dog would not know what to do with that white stuff

I am a weather weenie when I have to drive in it,that is why I called the Snow Taxi...I am gittin my pics ready to post on the other board later today. we got 18"!!! My little Angel loved the snow!! although it was deeper than she was tall!!

Final day to vote! Ain't nobody voted over the weekend. Being the holidays I can understand. That and the NE being frozen and without power. Maybe a few votes will come in before midnight (monday). It's still a tight race. There are a bunch of good setlists in the running.

Congratulations to the triumvirate of winning setlists!
I have to echo Clay's earlier sentiment, there were some really amazing submissions and every one was great in it's own right. I would love to hear any of those setlists played live and would count it a fantastic show!
TN_Cracka looks like you and I tied, do you want to Indian Leg Wrestle to detemine who the definitive 5th place winner is?....lol:p

2nd? seriously?
we got over 2ft of snow in Staunton and it literally made I-81 a living, breathing NIGHTMARE. i amanged to make it to work saturday. got out of my car in the parking lot and snow was up to my knees (i'm 6'2"). only 30 ppl made it in and they let us leave at noon since no one was there to switch out trailers.
they finally cleared up 81 sometime on sunday night. glad to be at my parents for christmas.
