But yes. I too, have been enlightened on the term brown note. I have a friend who dates a "metal head" shredder...She jokes about training to be their lead vocalist and how she has to hit the brown note in order to qualify. (Still no gig. But it's funny shit.)

We've had it on our calendar forever. We're trying to make it. Jen came down with a cold that seems to be getting worse and I'm fending it off with a sore throat and cough. Not to mention that NOLA killed my already bad back. If youda asked me last week I'd have said we're 100%. Now I think we're 50/50. Keep pushing Dude!

Well I had to wimp out on this but my trophy wife made the trip and is glad she did. 3 great bands she said, all of 'em different. AC played in all 3, he played guitar and sang with The Takers, and played drums with My Man Mohammed and Brown Note. She picked up the My Man Mohammed CD...just released; it has AC on drums and lists him in the writing credits too. She said they were awesome. She'll have to come on here and tell you more. ---------- MofroFan1
Oh...I forgot to mention that John Dude taped all 3 bands. So we'll all be able to hear it once he has a chance to get it on the archive.
