A lotta y'all have heard us talk about local Tampa band Nervous Turkey. They've opened for the guys at Skipper's, BSRII, the Freebird. They're a 3 pc. They played an after show right after the JJG&M show at the Ritz in Ybor. (The Ritz has 2 smaller side rooms with stages--that's why the lighting is so bad; they have one light on the stage: red.)
Art, Dennis, and Trube sat in with them. Trube for a long time, playing guitar the whole time. He kills on guitar. Art and Dennis sat in for like 3 songs I think? I started to get my buzz on about that time so there's a fuzz factor.
This is a lot of fun, called Spinach Popeye. Dennis and Art are just free wheelin it. They rip it. Serious. This fucking kills.

Are you kidding me with the Sound Check videos? Seeing Artie play the harmonica and the drums! There is just too much love in the world! :-) And JJ on the keys, too? Where the hell was I?!?!?

I'm putting this Mojo closer that I put on the main page on here so y'all can see it larger. It's awesome. I saw a guy videotaping off stage and wondered what he was going to do with them. Now we know! (At least this one.)
amazing how even during the sound checks they are have so much fun!!
