Royal Plaza Lake Buena Vista - About 3/4 of a mile.

Hey Morena, I answered your question the other day on the Ybor thread but that dang thing is loooonggg, so here it is again.
The cheapest thing in Ybor is the Hampton Inn Ybor City It's a 2 block stumble away. Rooms are $76/nite. The Hilton Garden Inn is about 6 blocks and it's $119.
There are rooms in the $50-$60 range about 5 miles away...within a 10 minute drive or so. I'd rather walk two blocks. Losing my license for 6 mos wouldn't be fun, much less crashing into someone.
There's LOTS of watering holes within a 4-5 block walk of the Hampton too. We could all hook up at one of 'em ahead of time OR throw down a pre-show party at the pool at the Hamptom. We could bring some food in I imagine, if'n we want. Hell, it's a businessperson's hotel plus kids will already be back in school and it'll be a Thurs night--I think we'd have the pool all to ourselves. Course we gotta keep in mind our daily frog-stranglers.
We've already booked our room there.

We're still trying to figure out what we're doing after HOB. (We have a catsitter "issue.") But I went on Expedia and that one E is talking about is cheap! It's a Disney hotel, .75 from HOB (that's a long stumbling distance but doable) and is $56 night. Shit!
Be very careful in Ybor. It can get pretty bad in some parts. I've had friends that have gotten hurt badly for just a few bucks. ---------- Thank God for the journey. James Brown
Safty in numbers and we'll have a gang! ---------- "Now if you happened to come down here tonight...and you don't wanna hear the person next to you sang, and you don't want'em to dance, cause you might spill your drink, you came to the wrong show in the wrong venue."

It’s 2025 and my expenses to keep this site up are just over $800/yr. If you want to help offset my expenses to keep this site up please consider pitching in a buck or 2. Much obliged!
