Danny,

Welcome to the board and the website, I think you will find it to be quite the place to get info on the guys and meet other interesting Mofro fans like yourself. Sunshine gave you the link to the Tabs and Chords section which might be able to help you. As you may notice, I did most of the tabbing on those songs so if you have any questions let me know or email me at the address on the bottom of those pages. I don't play the Bass, but I do play the harmonica, keyboard, and guitar. That is what I used to tab all of those out. Hopefully they might be of some use.

One song that I do know the bass line to though is On Fire. Just mess around with the notes F G and Bb and you will catch on to it.

Welcome again and keep spreading the Mofro!!!

Call me a Cracka, but I clicked on this link thinking someone wanted to talk about BASS FISHING. Saltwater fishing is more my speed, but I figured I'd see what the talk was all about!

Always something with me...

I'm with E, not sure if it was about fishing or playing, never fished for bass, and never played the bass, but figured it must be good either way .

Call me a Cracka too while you call me dumbass enuf to miss that. I grew up--first 20 years of my life--bass fishing. Lived on a chain of lakes in central florida about 40 miles from Orlando. I don't know nuthin about playing bass but I do know something about fishing for 'em.

Other than Delerious Tyme taking this seriously, we've done Danny no good at all huh!? It's estanley's fault!

Danny - playing the bass sometimes is more about feel vs. following notes on a page. It would be a good idea to become familiar with guitar chords as you can easily figure out what key to play in quickly.

Also, learn the major, minor, and blues scales. Then you'll be able to jam to Mofro pretty easily.

Bass is a blast. It's really fun to play, and truly not as hard to learn as other instruments.
