Thank ya Big Jim for bringing a nice sentiment to the folks on the board. Hope as many of the youngins and youngins' youngins could get together and give Mama the day off. If you were nice you had you a big ol mess of fish and cooked up a fish fry. Or put Daryl in charge of it so y'all all could sit back--he's had enuf time off to relax!

How sweet of y’all to remember! Just because this is slightly remotely Mofro related, I will share. My boys surprised me with breakfast in bed on Mother’s Day. I was served a nice cup of Panacea coffee and one big ole Ho Cake with Ramps and a perfectly cooked fried egg on top and a pat of butter of course!! It was indeed a nice treat. And the sun finally came out and the sun was shining down all day so I was out in the garden, til the sun went down.....damn near worked the handle til my fingers bled, cuz I forgot to bring my work gloves with me and after turning the dirt to mix in the manure, my calluses have calluses. I hope all the Mama’s out there had a very special day!!

So, anyway, if you think about it, manure is not really that bad a
word. I mean, it's 'newer', which is good, and a 'ma' in front of it, which is
also good. Ma-newer , right?

Ooooeeeeee! That sounds sooo good. We got's to send Sunshine down there and take one a her famous food pictures so we could all get our toes curled up. Mebbee she could get a pic of his toes curling up whilst there...I think we'd all get a hoot out of seeing Daryl's toes curl up! Long as it don't affect his playin none Jimbo.

I dunno whether to blame GTD, Sunshine or giggles for coming along and clogging up this thread with a bunch of turds. What've I gotta do, take a plunger to you guys? Geesh! We get this nice thread going about mother's day and next thing I know GTD is talking shit, giggles is polishing turds and Sunshine is having a turd on rye!

I would be happy to photog any plate of vittles and I will use the macro setting for Daryl's curly toes! I will just treat them as if I was photographing curly fries! :o)
