The intro to BSR2 - On Fire says that they were playin the entire album, but I don't see I Believe anywhere. Did they miss that one?

You would be correct. "I Believe" was not played at BSR2. It did not debut live until Sept 5 at the Greater Ozarks Blues Festival, with JJ dedicating it to Jerry Reed. Antsyashley was there; I hear-ed it from her cell phone to mine.

Yeah boy. You're behind. There's some articles on the site about JJ's love for Jerry--not his acting, his guitar playing and his writing and style.
On the thread about the I Believe debut, Ashley said she saw JJ the night before and he told her that out of any musicians that Jerry Reed was his biggest idol. Reed died earlier this year, so that's what was behind the dedication.

I believe was on the list for BSR2, but they ran out of time. Sux cause that would've been amazing with that lineup...
