Lots of discussion amongst us about Scone's 2 keyboards and his Leslie being on stage in Savannah and Asheville. Seeing that big SCONE across it was a bit...weird?
Is it his? It is the band's? Did he loan it to the band for the time being? Did he sell it to them? Did they steal it and he ain't noticed yet?
I imagine Mr. Danny knows the answer.

HA! At like 1 a.m. MI reruns are on the American Life network or some shit like that. I'll be buzzing around the dial and stop and watch some of it sometimes. Seems like 3/4 of the time I seem to catch it when one of them cats is peeling their face off! Tox may be onto something!!

not to take anything away from the Greyhounds, they were awesome at the Peel - they added a great sound to Mofro........ Scone has his own sound and I did miss it....

I agree. But I loved the sound of the bass guitar. It seemed to add a little to the level of funkiness (IMHO, of course).

Danny answered this on another post. It's on loan.
The last show that Adam was in was in Boston and he flew there and back from NY. So the guys hung onto his organ (uhhhh...) They gots to give it back.

Clay - when did you start quoting the resurrected Lewis Grizzard (he wrote more books after his death than before)? Man, I used to love to read his column in the paper every Wednesday and Sunday. Had one chance to meet him, but the phone rang on my way out the door and I found out my granddad had passed. Lewis followed the next year.
