I think JJ sat in with Galactic in the last week or so when they played Sympathy For The Devil....that's probably what you're thinking about. A few rare covers they've done are Survivor by Destiny's Child and Mistra Know It All by Stevie Wonder. I'm about to upload a few shows in the next day or two from '05 in which they play Frog Giggin' and Hottest Spot In Hell, two original tunes that aren't played very often. There are more, but those come to mind at the moment.

Not sure of any other downloadable sites like LMA, most are torrent sites. There are a few pay sites though, like www.livedownloads.com, www.digitalsoundboard.net, www.munckmusic.com and some of the music festival sites have live recordings for sale. Hope this helps.

Thanks petty. Yessir, it's one incredibly great group of people on here.

As long as stuff is music related you can ask away. I'd prefer there not to be any discussion of any illegal dl sites or any of the sort.

The combined music braintrust on this message board is phenomenal. (I don't put myself in their league, I just provide the vee-hicle--they all make it go.) Not to mention all the other dedicated fans and their contributions...even Giggles and FireFly, cause what would we do without 'em!?

Thanks Stan. Hope you didn't think I was singling you out (of all people!) I was just trying to answer petty's question, and then got to thinking since there never has been any formal "rules" laid out regarding such that I better mention it. Whatever anyone wants to talk about via email or whatever is their biz, but it's better for all us to avoid it here on the board so I figured it was opportunity to bring it up.

Not a problem, Clay....I knew what you were saying. Just wanted to let him know that there are legal sites for downloading.......where the bands actually get paid for their recordings. The Radiators have been allowing live taping of their shows (audience and board....the Rads soundman puts out a patchbay for tapers to plug into for a board feed...Thanks, Kenny!) for years and have recently started selling their Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest and other "special" shows via livedownloads. Good way for the band to make some extra cash.
