Thanks for the heads up Danny! I'm all over tix this morning. I am actually going away that weekend to chicago but am due back in the afternoon of the show, hopefully there are no travel issues.

Should be interesting going to a mofro show in a theater with no general admission.

How long is the set expected to be?

I have already recruited several people to come to this show. Should be a packed house.

You're supposed to be off getting some much needed R&R this week, not spending time here on the board.

Danny, there is a good bar with good food right behind the Cutler Majestic Theater if you guys are in that mood, there is also a stage in the basement if you guys want to get an afterparty going. One of my favorite spots in Boston - Sweetwater Cafe

Hey we got a newbie! Welcome JohnCaryParsons.

Hey gigs, I once stayed in a decent place in Boston. Well, it wasn't really all that decent. And they rented rooms by the hour. But the company was really good and I ended up falling off to sleep quite easily.

On second thought, I don't think I'd recommend it for you.

There are a bunch of spots right next to the theatre like the Mariott and the Double Tree.

This place just opened as well and it looks pretty sweet from what I can tell:

Hello JohnCaryParsons!:)

Clay are you sure you aren't talking about a stay in Tijuana? I am not choosey about economy lodging, I just don't want to accidently book a place that hosts more bed bugs/scabies than it does lodgers.....oh and I am adverse to sleeping somewhere where there is an abundance of "biological material" throughout the room. I am still trying to get over the psychological trauma of staying in the Gainesville Lodge:p

Turns out I won't be making it to Boston. My son is marching in the Philadelphia St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday. This is actually a HUGE deal for my son as he has Asperger's Syndrome (high functioning Autism) and is generally very unsettled by crowds. I am elated that he wants to participate in such a public event!
