Great older show for you fine peoples. Check out the Harp & Drums.....not really quite the song as we know it today as far as lyrics go, but the music......well, just see for yourself.

Check out the Harp & Drums on this recording. It's still in the developmental stage from Gimme That Drop to the tune we know today. No "Gimme That Drop" lines in this version though, thus me naming it Harp & Drums.

Thank you, Clay, my pleasure! I have (4) more converted and ready to upload starting this evening. I also have about 30 or 40 more to convert, so expect alot more shows to be added over the next couple weeks. I plan on uploading more of my Papa Mali shows too!

Thanks, but like I said before......the tapers are the ones that deserve all the credit as they have to tote all the equipment around, set up, record, tranfer, etc.......all I have to do is make sure it's tracked correctly and that the song titles are correct. Uploading is the easy part!

Kerry.....Any chance you'll have the opportunity to tape it? Sure hope so as that should be one helluva show! Ashley will be taping the show at Tips with Mooney, Porter, etc.....another sick one.

I should be heading to NOLA sometime in the near future. We need to get together when I do....it's been WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYY to long, my friend!
