Must know more.... Can the public attend?

JJ at WWOZ

EDIT: I just called the station and they said the public cannot attend. I guess you'd have to be pretty special to get to go! I'll just have to listen to the radio.

Hey, y'all be sure to listen online and maybe someone could record it?

So, on that note, is there anything going on in the daytime in Baton Rouge on the 29th?

Shoot. I am trying to get into NOLA in time to get the radio signal for this show. I wasn't planning to be in town before 3. Looks like I gotta get there by 2. Well, if I don't make it, I hope someone tapes! :-) Since I'll be on the road, Clay, would you mind calling me if you get any updates? Thanks!!!

JJ sounds great and what he has to say sounds just as good. He said he's working on a new album! Said he will take some time off of touring during the spring, most likely to work on the album and help out around the house. Doesn't bod well for my hopes that they would make it out my way soon, but understand and am glad that JJ is gonna take some time to relax for once and enjoy life for a while.

Set list so far: Circles, Higher You Climb, and on Hurricane right now.

Hey now, Hollis

You've missed some mighty fine music.

He's been playing for about 40 minutes, not sure how much longer.

swkelley - not a problem. I'll have the show up in like 10 mins after the show. All I ask is when people DL it from sendspace...re-up once in a while...unless you dl it and up it to the archive.

Kerry, are you good friends with the guy that hosts the radio show JJ was on today? Reason I ask is that he said an old friend was supposed to make it to the studio today but couldn't......and he didn't mention any names. Have a great time at the show tonight!!

No that wasn't me. But I do know Big D. I decided to not go to the in studio but instead made it over to sound check. Hung out for about 3 hours with the guys and then met up with them before showtime.
