So I been reading and missing shows since Pittsburgh and reading and missing shows... But Dougloosa and Son will be @ Freebird 12/30. Wish I could attend both shows, but I haven't built up enough social credits! We also will be @ HOB in Jan.
So far I have not seen an opener for 12/30 so I thought it would be great to get something started.. How about getting JJ's friend Derek(and Susan) to sit in for a couple. I checked his schedule and they don't have a show that night,only ATL the next night (New Years).
Can you just imagine the jammin that would happen!!A Lead Slide playing over Daryl's Strat!! Horns, Harmonica, Bring it all on... It's only a matter of time to me before it happens as the styles and soul and vibes mix and they got time to work something special up since they will both be in Asheville.. so what about it anybody up for that? How bout it JJ?

Douggers...howahya? I love it when I hear about a dad/mom going to a show with son/daughter. That's so bloody cool. I'll look for you there--or before--and we'll clink glasses and shit.
Looks like they just put up Inca Maya for the 30th. They were awesome last year. Not that I wouldn't be up for Derek and Susan, holy shit! Actually, there was rumors about them teaming up for a little mini-tour a few months back. Guess it never came to be, or the rumors were off. That would be some kind of show.
