Okie dokie kids, here it is...the Oooficial Poll.

EVERYONE CAN VOTE. Lurker or message board member...it don't matter, so jump on in!

You can vote for as many as you like BUT YOU CAN ONLY VOTE ONCE. So, if you're not sure which ones you want to vote for then ponder it a bit and come back and vote.

The poll will stay up until at least Feb 1st.

THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR SUGGESTIONS! I can't add more though because it wipes out the results (hey...I didn't write the software!)

ok I voted for my own selfish reasons, for the fests I most likely to be attending or working myself. I like the smaller fests.
I hope they play jazzfest again, thats my number one pick! JAZZFEST IS THE BEST OF ALL, IT'S THE MOTHER OF ALL FEST, if you can only make one festival , GO TO NEW ORLEANS. nawlins is the reason I became such a music nut. thats were I was educated, my ears were taught valuable lessons. I've quit jobs to go to jazzfest.

wicker park was awesome too, little street fair. jj and mofro was last act. when he was singing 'sun is shining down' it sounded really beautiful. there was a tall apartment building and lots of people were sticking their heads out of the window. I will never forget that, it was a great sight.yeah and there was some tear shedding too.

I didn't pick telluride, even though they're were awesome there but the altitude was crazy. they played up at the telluride conference center which was another 1000 feet up the mountain on a free gondola ride. I didn't drink or smoke anything but felt high the entire time.

Well, I had my last final exam of the semester yesterday. Now I am uncommitted until I go on my little road trip to Florida! Just a little house cleaning and wine drinking on the agenda. So, I've plenty of time to nurture my Mofro "hobby"!

oh, not to "persuade" anyone, but Festival in the Park mainly only has headliners play so they get to play a full set as compared to the shorter sets played at big festivals. chea chea!

"Condemned to listening to Barry Manilow" for not voting in the Spring/Summer Festival Pole.....ummm, I meant to say Poll.... may be justified and downright warranted but some may consider it unconstitutional as it definitely qualifies as "cruel & unusual punishment". Good thing I voted, eh?

Hey...watch it giggles...I could've said Milli Vanilli. (Hanging by one's genitals would be less cruel--or unusual.)

Well at least they had cool microbraids and could dance like Rerun from What's Happening! Now if you restrained the guilty parties with zip ties and forced them to endure an endless loop of Falco's "Rock Me Amadeus", that would truly qualify as torture. I think Amnesty International would have to get involved for that one!

And I love snow! Ashley you should go outside and catch snowflakes on your tongue, it's still one of my all time favorite past times:)

You'd better stop or I might smile today when I was trying to feel sad! Yeah, I said it's snowing in New Orleans! 4 hours SOUTH of me! It ain't snowing here. I might look a little funny if I go out there and hang my tongue out looking towards the sky.

All right now, only 33 people have voted for anything?? You don't have to be going to a fest to vote, and you don't have to have a screen name and password.

Let's help out the band and tell them which fests are the most popular among us. Plus look at all the work we did to put this together! Sheesh. How about this: pretty please with sugar on it?
