Hey y'all -- I was surprised when I just discovered that Hobex is scheduled to open at the Freebird on 12/31. I saw them open for Mofro a year ago to this day in Fayetteville, Arkansas at George's Majestic Lounge. It was such a fun show. Some of the band sat in with Mofro during the encore, and there was some serious jammin' happ'nin'. It was so fun. Anybody else seen em?

Hobex has toured with MOFRO a few times. I've seen 'em in Orlando, Tampa, N.Carolina when they opened for MOFRO.
That's cool...I would love to see the Greyhounds, Papa Mali, Eric Lindell, Nervous Turkeys with MOFRO for NYE again.
Regardelss of...it's gunna be a good time. They always cut loose at the Freebird for NYE

Hmm, perhaps that is why they worked so well together.
Hell yeah, those other performers would be awesome too!

I’m Clay/MofroFan1, the guy who started this back in 2008. Seventeen years and running and no intention of stopping because Mofro fans are the best fans ever.
