There are two versions of the Loki Set on the Archive. Firefly seems irked about this set for some reason, sounds like something happened in the way our boys were treated. Sucks to hear that, we all know our boys deserve the best. Probably isn't the first time something like this happened, and most likely won't be the last. But we all know this won't stop them or slow them down one bit. Not even a horrific car accident will stop JJG&M.

As for the set, there is a great recording of I Believe on there and Papa Mali on guitar for Lochloosa to close the set. The guys sound great, but that's nothing new. Enjoy ya'll.

no the set was fine.it was a great day and a awesome birthdaypresent for myself. and thanks for pulling it up from the archives. don't you just love papas finish on lochloosa? it was sooo sweet !

as far as I know the boys got taking care of right, but some others didn't, it has to do with money.and thats all I can say.

you know when I go see a band and I start to like them a lot , I don't only care about that they sang the songs that I liked. I wanna know if they got something to eat ,or a place to sleep, have they seen their family. or if they got paid. so i get pissed of when I hear how bands get treated.
and i don't mean that mofro got mistreated but I know others did.
lets just leave it at that.

I used to travel around with my exboyfriend to his gigs and I was amazed how musicians get treated.

next time you see a band , ANY band , think about that, it makes you appreciate the music even more.

what?! man thats crazy.

i know back in my rave days we used to have parties where not enough people would show up to cover the cost of the main dj. money would then come out of the promoters pocket. one thing i found out though was that most of the djs are very understanding and would be fine with not getting all the money. they were just happy to be sharing their talent.

Just found this video of Lochloosa with Papa Mali from Loki on youtube. Not the best quality, but it is great, nonetheless! Enjoy!
