My friends and I are coming from jacksonville, we went to the Freebird show on the 30th, it was a blast can't wait to see the band again!! I've got a few people riding as well!

I talked to John Dude this a.m. and he's not sure yet what time they're rolling. Work and shit. Same problem here but hopefully we're moving about 5:30 and getting up there by 7:30. We're rolling x3 now--Ashley's bud Jeff is gonna ride shotgun. Doors are at 8; we got to pick up our tix at will call. Don't know if we'll have time to hook up ahead...?

In/out policy I believe is that you can return once.
I emailed eric to do a ride along together but he just emailed back today so I'm not going to gville. Maybe next time we all can brainstorm on riding together/following each other with our cars up there.
I didn't know you guys were driving back to tampa (from gainesville) b/c i was planning (and offering) on going to gainesville and drive directly to deltona after the show, so I'm already in the area for the cd solo andd hob shows.
It's an easier route to go to gainesville to deltona than gainesville back to tampa...the route i had is route 20 east to 17 south (good ol' florida back country) and thats what I was pitching to you guys if you didn't have a hotel in gainesville you could've crashed at my place in deltona b.c it would've been an 80min drive from gainesville to deltona than a 3 hr drive from gainesville to tampa...
but hey maybe next time..it's all good..have fun and clay I'll call you tomm to see if you guys want to do something at my place of where i can meet up with you guys if you don't.

I got to meet Giggles, great girl & good energy!!!
The usual suspects: Clay,Jen,Liz,Beaufro,E.Stanley,SueWebb, Ute and many new friends.
I don't remember the setlist, but this was a smokin' show! The venue is small and perfect place to see the boys jam. High energy, they came to play & laid it down!!! We listened to the show on the way home & it's smoking! Oh...and y'all are gunna love the GATORS soundbyte during the show!
See y'all @ Park Ave Cd's in about 12 hours or so...

Great show last night. I didn't get a set list, dammit. But John and Eric taped it so we've got a list to be posted.
Small club, 400 people, plus a nice little outdoor area that's almost a little Skippers-ish. Acoustics were excellent. Mostly college-age crowd (duh, it's Gainesville), mostly locals. Lots of people not singing along, but digging what they were hearing so I think we got some converts for sure.
Saw AC before the show. He was in great spirits. I think he had had a beer. He's funny dude. Saw Art after the show; he's always in great spirits. Talk about funny...Art will crack you up and the great thing is that he's not trying to.
Saw Mitch and Loudog and the gang from Jax but didn't get to hang with 'em like I wanted. I got to socializing around the room before the show and once it got started I decided to not fight the crowd and they were in it. The TW, Liz, Kortni, Stacie, Firefly, Beaufro and others were riding it up front. Saw Misty there too. I hung with Eric and Sue and John by the mikes, and Adam at the merch table (tried to stuff a t-shirt in my jacket but he caught me.)
Didn't see Breeze and Cort; I can't remember who brady is (sorry.)
More later when it comes out the fog. Got home at 3:30. Feeling it cause I'm an old fuck.

giggles got the setlist.
i liked how they started with 'everything good is bad" and than ybor right after that.
that crowd last night was my favorite crowd EVER, everybody was dancing , bumbin into each other, it was awesome.
had fun with the ladies up front, AND jeff !!
giggles and i are stayed at the gainesville lodge(lol)
and we hang out until 5am!!!
her and I can definitely get into some trouble.....
